Our platform supports various payment methods, including DSRP payments tailored to enhance convenience for mobile users, recurring payments designed specifically for subscription-based services, one-click payments to reward and retain loyal customers, and e-invoicing through the utilization of unique payment links. We also offer Mastercard MoneySend services, known as OCT (Original Credit Transaction), which enable instantaneous fund transfers to beneficiaries' cards across over 80 countries. This service ensures swift and secure transactions, empowering businesses to expand their global reach and cater to a broader customer base.

Which industries does FMPay accepts the merchants from?

We ccarefully evaluate the business model of every applicant and offer services to merchants based on the suitability of their business activities.  

FMPay accepts businesses involved in e-Learning, General e-Commerce, Professional Online Services, Recurring and subscription services and Online entertainment (with exception of adult content).

We can also offer our services to the following industries after enhanced due diligence procedure: sharing economy platforms, GIG-economy platforms, Marketplaces, Digital marketing and advertising, Data hosting and storage solutions. By implementing these measures, we ensure compliance and risk management while providing customized solutions to cater to the unique requirements of each industry.

Are there any products or services that are unacceptable to sell on my website?

When utilizing our Checkout or Payouts products, it is important to note that your Service Agreement with us obliges you to adhere to our guidelines regarding prohibited and restricted businesses and activities. These guidelines outline specific industries, practices, or activities that may not be compatible with our services, ensuring compliance and responsible usage of our products. What card brands and card types will I be able to accept on my web-site?

Your customers will be able to pay for your products and services using their Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay debit and credit cards.

How does the card payment process work?

Once the onboarding process and technical integration are complete, you are ready to accept payments. Depending on your choice and PCI-DSS compliance status, you will either collect the card details yourself and pass those on to us, forward the customer to a branded payment page on our server, show this page in IFrame or manually generate a payment link from the back office. Each step of the process in our system is fully adjustable and you may fine-tune the payment page and adjust your anti-fraud settings at any time. Once your customer enters his/her credit/debit card data at the checkout, your online shop sends that information to our payment gateway. After the payment is processed and authorized, the money are transferred from your customer's credit card to your merchant account. The money go straight to your bank account every 3 working days or less often depending on your payout frequency.

Can I start working with you if I do not have a registered business?

Regrettably, we are unable to work with sole proprietors or unregistered businesses as our clients. Our services are exclusively available to corporate entities. We appreciate your understanding regarding this eligibility requirement.

What jurisdictions do you accept the merchants from? 

Currently we accept merchants whose companies are incorporated in the United Kingdom.

What countries can I send the money to using Payouts?

We have certain geographical restrictions and it will not be possible to send the funds to the cards issued by the banks located in the following countries: Afghanistan, Australia, Belarus, Cameroon, Canada, Central African Republic, DR Congo, Cuba, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Moldova, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Uganda, USA, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe. The global geopolitical situation is constantly changing and the list of countries we serve may undergo updates from time to time.

Is opening an account with you free?

Our onboarding fee depends on the complexity of technical integration of your website with our payment platform.

What requirements should my online store meet to start working with FMPay?

To ensure a seamless experience for your customers, it is important that your online shop meets specific legal and technical requirements:

Legal Compliance: a valid SSL certificate and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) documentation to ensure secure transactions.

Information Transparency: clearly accessible Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. These documents outline important information about your services, user rights, data handling practices, and more.

Company Information: display your company's full legal name, registration number, and address. 

Customer Support: provide clear contact details for customer support, such as email and phone number, so that customers can reach out to you for assistance or inquiries.

User-Friendly Design: create a user-friendly website interface that is easy to navigate and provides a smooth browsing and purchasing experience for your customers.
